Every Tuesday we put the tutorials to one side for an hour and open the floor. The Tuesday Happy Hour is a live, informal get-together for anyone selling (or trying to sell) on eBay, Amazon and the other marketplaces through Magento and M2EPro. There is no slide deck and no script — it is simply a room full of business owners with the same problems you have, plus Matt and Dave on hand to work through them.

If you have ever sat staring at a stuck listing or an order that refuses to sync, this is the hour to bring it along. Most weeks somebody arrives with exactly the question you were about to ask.

What Actually Happens in the Hour

The session follows a loose rhythm that has worked well for years:

A quick round of introductions. Everyone says what they sell, where they sell it and what they are wrestling with this week. It takes five minutes and it is often the most useful part, because you find out who else is in the same niche.
Open questions. This is the bulk of the hour. Anything Magento, M2EPro, eBay or Amazon related is fair game, and if the answer needs a screen share, we switch to one and walk through it live rather than describing it.
Show and tell. Where someone has built something clever — a listing template, a Magmi import routine, a pricing rule — they get a few minutes to demonstrate it so everyone can steal the idea.
What changed this week. Marketplace policies, category requirements and extension updates move constantly, so we flag anything that might break a listing or an order flow before it catches you out.

Nothing is recorded for public distribution, so people speak freely about their numbers, their suppliers and the mistakes they have made. That honesty is what makes the hour worth attending.

Questions That Come Up Again and Again

Why a listing will not revise, and how to read the error message that tells you the real reason.

Some of these are covered in the video courses. Many are not, because they are too specific, too new, or too dependent on your own catalogue — and that is exactly why the Happy Hour exists.

How to Get the Most Out of It

Turn up with one specific question. “My listings are broken” is hard to answer in an hour. “This product has two colours and three sizes and M2EPro only lists the first combination” can be solved in ten minutes.

Bring the evidence. A screenshot of the error, the product ID, the channel, and what you expected to happen. Have the Magento admin open in another tab so you can check settings when asked.

Try it somewhere safe. If a suggestion involves changing a setting, test it on one product or in a staging store before rolling it out across the catalogue.

Post the long ones on the forum. Anything that needs logs, file excerpts or a conversation over several days belongs in the forums, where it stays searchable for the next person with the same problem.

Who Should Come Along

You do not need any previous experience with Magento to get value from the hour. Complete beginners are genuinely welcome — nobody minds explaining what an attribute set is for the fourth time this month, because every single person in the room was there once.

Equally, if you have been selling for a decade and run six figures a month through several channels, there is plenty to chew on. The conversations about pricing rules, stock allocation and template structure tend to get deeper, not shallower, as the businesses in the room get bigger.
