At UnderstandingE, Sarah is responsible for ensuring every new customer gets up to speed quickly and continues to see real value from the platform. She oversees a structured onboarding programme that includes one-to-one setup calls, video walkthroughs and weekly webinars covering everything from inventory synchronisation to order routing. Her team also monitors support tickets and works closely with the development team to prioritise bug fixes and feature requests based on customer feedback.
Sarah is a firm believer that customer success is not just about resolving tickets, but about helping sellers grow their businesses. She regularly publishes best-practice guides on the UnderstandingE blog and has developed a library of short training videos used by both customers and internal staff.
