I accidentally had the “Simple” mode instead of Advanced
It does say you can chage it in sell on ebay > configuration but there is no configuration I just get a wizard thing. How can I change it back?!

      Howdy Katrina,

You can try hitting back at the top when going through the wizard.

If there no option to get back to the selection screen, then you’ll need to send a message to M2EPro at support@m2epro.com and ask them to reset this for you.

Note: Including your admin url and a username & password will expediate the process.

unfortunately still the same. I’m wondering if it might be an issue with the installation as I have another site where it loads ok. What fun!! Going through permissions incase part of the extension hasn’t been installed….

My primary ebay account is currently active with esellerpro. Is it okay for me to link my 2nd ebay account first in magento, just so I can list stuff to ebay, and then link my primary ebay account at a later date? Or should I link my primary ebay account first? (I’m not sure if it may cause issues later on following your guides if I link my secondary ebay account first)

    Hi guys

Would perhaps put in a bit that tells users to back up their system before installing any extensions.
thank you for the guides, working through them

Hi Guys, when I hover over or click on the “sell on ebay” tab I do not get the drop down menu with configuration. I have gone back and followed the lesson as Dave kindly suggested and still cannot get the dropdown box to appear. Help please.

          Hi Glenn,

If you don’t see the dropdown options, that means that the installation wizard for M2E Pro hasn’t been completed yet.

If you click on the top option “Sell on eBay” there will be one or more steps that need to be completed before the rest of the menu appears.

          Does that help Glenn?

Hi Matt been through it 3 times now and still no dropdown box appears. When I click on the “sell on ebay” tab it takes me to a new page……as below, sorry do not know how to do a screen shot. Glenn

            Select appropriate product view.
There are two ways to select your products :
            Products List
            Products are displayed altogether.
            Category
            Products grouped by Magento categories.

            Hi Glenn,

            That’s it!

You need to add at least one product to a listing group and go to list it, if you select “review listing” and not the “List Now” button.

Its that last stage of the M2E Pro wizard we’re not fans of because you do get caught in that loop where you must add one item for it to continue.
