"Complete Tutorial" Not Working

Hi,
I am 54% through the “designing a responsive website” course. Suddenly the “complete tutorial” function is not working. When i click the button, the page reloads but the “Next Tutorial” button does not show up. Also the course progress tutorial list on the right hand side, no longer gets the green tick next to the completed tutorials. The tutorials i have completed since this bug started are now showing as “in progress”. Is anyone else facing the same problem, and is there a fix.

Hi Masoud,

I haven’t come across this before, although Matt was working on making the site faster last weekend, I have just sent him your message to see if he knows what may have caused this.

We did a few upgrades to increase performance and noticed a few glitches appear, this may be one of them but I have asked Matt to investigate.

As soon as I know more i’ll let you know.

Any updates on these glitches, as the site is still not working correctly, and ia m finding it confusing to keep track of where i am in the course.

Have you tried clearing your browser caches or trying an different web browser?

Tried both Chrome and Firefox and neither work. Have cleared caches too. Strange.

Hi there, this is happening for me too … was there a fix for this? I’m using Chrome in the latest Win10 OS. Get the same in IE as well. It’s very annoying as I can’t track my progress. Thanks, Adrian

Hi Adrian,

We have seen a few people having issues with this caused by a caching issue in the browser.

Have you tested an alternative browser or cleared the caches?
