Hi Guys

We are experiencing a major problem today with Amazon Orders, around 11am suddenly orders stopped coming in to the Sales Orders Tab, slowly some have been updated but a lot of orders are in Pending Status, although now fully resolved on Amazon and no longer in pending status, still on M2E they appear pending and unchanged.

We have ran the order sync many times, we are not getting errors back in synchronization, sometimes the progress of the sync stops around 40% and then rapidly goes to 100% and on to the next sync task.

Almost 6 hours later, the problem is still there, i can manually download the order file from Magento which has just over 1000 orders & updates, but no idea how to plug this in manually to m2e, perhaps through phpmyadmin and in the m2e amazon table but this is too risky as this is the database do not want to make any major problems from here.

Is there anyone who can shed any light on this?

Also play seems to not want to download today either, but this time it is reporting an error within play we have 4 orders unshipped, but these 4 orders have not come in to M2E or Magento sales orders, we are getting an error in synchornization log: Internal server error(s) [The request cannot be processed. Hi Uzi,

Ok, this needs a three step approach.

Firstly, have you added any extensions or changed anything on the site that may have caused this?
(things generally don’t break or stop by themselves, hence the question)

Secondly, contact your web hosting provider and ask them if they can see what these errors are or for the logs to see any errors that the site is producing

And thirdly, also contact m2E with the relevant details to see what they say.

Hi Matt

Thank you for your 3 Step Answer.

Luckily the issue was on Amazon‘s side, 5000 orders now been successfully received lol.

Just wanted to find out if other Sellers on Amazon had any similar issues today.

Thanks for your continued support.
