We have just opened up magmi again after getting our magento patched with security updates. We are getting an error that says “error 1:SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No handler for this scheme”. On checking the configuration page, we noticed that the database info has been deleted. Can you help us how we can find the following info:

DB Name:
Username:
Password:
Table prefix:

Help badly needed.

Hi,
We also have the same error. Magmi was working fine a couple of days ago, when we have tried to upload products today, the main magmi page settings were blank. We also need a fix for this as soon as possible.

Masoud

Hi, i have found a solution for this. You can get the following information
Db name
Username
Password
Table Prefix

from app/etc/local.xml
fill them in on magmi configuration page, and magmi will be back up and running.

Regards
Masoud

Thank you. I was worried this was going to be a huge, long issue to get to the bottom of!
