During Tutorial – “Creating a New Storeview in Magento” (9:00mins on)
I have just installed the Ultimo theme (i hope) and was just configuring the website store view and disabling the marketplace view (9:00mins on the video tutorial) as soon as clicked disable i got an error on my screen “error processing my request” and the screen just automatically went on to the error page? i cant log back in to my magento admin page now and will most likely have to do a restore from Cpanel. Any help would be appreciated. I thought i would crack on with installing the ultimo website and make some progress in the extra days we have off work at this festive time but it seems i have hit a road block straight away. Hope somebody can help me. (error is below)

You just installed a theme? Did they mention compilation? Anytime you see includes/src like that it’s something to do with compilation. Compilation basically puts a copy of everything from your site into the includes/src folder to make it faster/easier to process. Some extensions prepare for this and you can just re-run it once you have installed the extension. But themes usually contain several extensions and layout/template updates so installing them while compilation has all of your stuff in that folder can easily break the site. Could try google/contact the author/buzz through forums but I would assume the end result will be restoring from a back up and reinstalling it.
I have had to restore from a backup to access my admin panel. The problem i am facing now is my website url is bringing up an error
” Fatal error: Class ‘Infortis_UltraMegamenu_Model_Resource_Eav_Mysql4_Setup’ not found in /home/******/public_html/includes/src/Mage_Core_Model_Resource_Setup.php on line 234″
www.******.co.uk (brings up error above)
www.******.co.uk/home (bring up the homepage)
If you could guide me on where i have gone wrong installing the theme and how do i get my website URL to work again.
Thanks for your help.
is there a file here?
If so check the permissions, if there is nothing stopping it from being accessed then I would reinstall (seems like all of the files were not uploaded/present during install) because it’s probably easier than finding and fixing
The following users say thank you to aw tech for this useful post:Haz91
Did you see this
Could contact the author perhaps they have a solution instead of reinstalling
I have checked the above file and the permissions and they are set to readable.
I also read in the authors installation menu to disable all Cache Storage Management so at the moment they are disabled. Any reason why ?
I have just now flushed magento cache and flushed storage cache and re indexed data in index management and the homepage is now working. Thanks for your help :)
