SEO Big Question That Should Help Others

Having gone through the Ultimo Design Treadmill the next logical part it optimising your site for business. I know the course was not an SEO one but this is the next logical step. Many member’s on here will have a team or out sourced their `SEO work’. But some of us are just starting to grow and I would like to open up the discussion in relation to SEO and site performance / design.

I recently got SEO report on my site from Woorank which surprised me. Some of the issues might be newbie stuff others I cannot find a straight answer.
So without going through the positive aspects of my site as that is pointless. I would like to open up what’s wrong with it and look for the easiest way to fix it (if it’s worth it).

Some of you might say the explanation is already provided by the report, and I guess your right. But some items might not work with the Ultimo theme. I have no idea why they use so many inline css styles that is a big “No” in the web design world. But I guess they have a reason as they are good web designers. Not sure if it is to do with updating or something else.
I have listed item in Red as important and Amber Semi Important. I guess what I am asking should I shove this to the back of the cooker on simmer. Should I outsource it to a SEO junkie on Fiverr? I see they offer a whole host of options re SEO at a good rate; but is it worth it? Or is it a pile of crap?
What can I do myself that is worth me investing my time and effort v Outsourcing?

My Page Rank is Very low:-

Title Home Page

Description
Your meta description should contain between 70 and 160 characters (spaces included).

Ensure that your meta description is explicit and contains your most important keywords. Also, each page should have a unique meta description relevant to the content of that page.

Indexed Pages
This is the number of pages on your website that are indexed by Google™.
The more pages that search engines index, the better, as this offers more opportunity for your website to be found.
A low number (relative to the total number of pages/URLs on your website) probably indicates that your internal link architecture needs improvement and is preventing search engines from crawling all of the pages on your website. You might want to create/check your site’s XML sitemap and submit it to Google™. You must also build backlinks to your site’s internal pages to help Google™ bots crawl and index your web pages. Check Google™ Webmaster Tools under Health and Index Status, to keep track of the status of your site’s indexed pages.
Google+ Publisher
Your website is missing a rel=”Publisher” link to your Google+ Page. This type of authorship markup is great for your brand. It ensures that your company is featured in SERPs, as opposed to only individual authors as is common with rel=”Author”.
