hi
My layered navigation for ‘top level’ categories appears next to listings but as soon as you click in to a product it still appears, but underneath the products. It is really annoying and looks rubbish – please can someone advise how to fix this?
thanks a lot
Hannah

hi
here it is in a “top level” category appearing exactly where it should:

and here it is ‘under’ the listings rather than next to:

thanks – I look forward to finding out where I’ve gone wrong!
many thanks

Hi Hannah,

It’s a pain for customers that they have to scroll down with that kind of layered nav layout!

Did you follow our tutorials on layered navigation?
If you’d followed everything but still get that layout , then I guess it’s a CSS thing on the latest Ultimo version.

Maybe you’ll be able solve this by asking advice from Ultimo developers.

Thanks,
Badeth

hi
Just to update this thread in case anyone has the same problem – I emailed the developer and he said I had broken HTML which was causing the theme to “break”. In this case it was the category header bits and he was right, I hadn’t closed a DIV tag (hark at me using that phrase!)
