Hey Jay

We haven’t used any yet for Quickbooks but this one here: http://www.magentocommerce.com…..gento.html has a lot of reviews and a good popularity score.

Before purchasing any though always make sure that they have the level of automation that you would want/need from an extension especially if your paying for it :)

We are planning to use CartSpan for Quickbooks integration.

We are not using it yet so I can’t provide a review but based on user reviews it looks good.

Howdy Mike,

yea looks good. I’ve not used this one, so if you do decide to go with it, can you report back and let us know how you got on?

Yea they probably are reluctant to officially recommend any others as they do not own the extension or wasn’t developed by them

We have been using eCC desktop from Webgility for several years now to process our orders into QB. It can handle multiple marketplaces, shopping carts, and QB countries and there is a free trial.

There are a lot of features in this service, so it is very important to really understand the setup and how it all configures. When I tested it, I set up a separate QB import integration on my laptop to play with it so that it wouldn’t impact the current workflow. I stayed away from the inventory management during my initial test or any function that would write back to the marketplace. In effect, I worked on the setup for a good import and see how that part worked best into my workflow.

PS: For Matt and Dave if you are interested (http://www.webgility.com/partn…..liates.php)

You have to start with a plan to know what you will be deviating from.
