Hi Steve,

Yep it should be pretty easy if you know which template file it’s in as it’ll be copy & paste code.

I’m not sure if you’ve seen the video on how to identify which phtml template is being used yet, if you haven’t I can post it here for you and once you’ve found the file, add in the addthis code.

Actually I have installed it. It was more by luck than judgement which to be honest I don’t like as I need to know what’s happening.

Anyway it’s installed for now.

Thanks

Howdy Steve,

Have you tried this https://www.zopim.com/ before? Free for a single account and some other limitations, works great and integrates into skype too.

Oh and by the way, the reason why live chats are normally paid for services, as they’re quite server intensive as each chat needs a socket/connection.

I actually have this installed on my site

Addshoppers

On the basis I can get a hell of a lot information from it.

When some shares a link I can actually see, who shared that link, how many times that person shares a link, plus I see what my return of sales happened from that share.

Yes it does cost money, down to the amount of hits your sites get.

Hello all!
Addthis is a good service, I have it installed on my blog but it’s on WP. Still I think its work shouldn’t differ a lot. I also like a dashboard that is available after login in the account, it gives a lot of useful info.
Here is one more service which will let you know which link has been shared and how many times it happened – http://muckrack.com/whoshared/.
For promotion via social networks this Magento extension is good – http://amasty.com/facebook-twi…..promo.html. It lets you give discounts to customers who like and share your content.
