I activated M2EPro as per the Guide, and created (and listed) a practice item (then deleted it from eBay several hours later).
I thought all was well – until this happened in the backoffice of Magento:
M2EPro had pulled 12 of my 27 listings into the Catalogue>Manage Products grid
These items do not show on the main website, but they have somehow over-ridden or deleted the 2 pratice items I had visible on the website. They are nowhere to be found in Magento site or backoffice.
I thought M2EPro couldn’t import listings from eBay?
Also, Magento is now getting the order feed from eBay, but they are WAY out of date sequence, and also show duplicate orders… It’s like Noah’s Ark, everything’s coming in 2 by 2 ;-)
Anyone else had such crazy feed since activating M2EPro?
Would appreciate help on this. I feel like I want to delete M2EPro and start fresh with it – or am I being extreme?
Update: Just found that M2EPro has pulled in an old eBay account ID change. So that could be why it is showing double orders?? Anyway, tried to delete the old ID and keep the current one, but it wont let me.
QUESTION: How do I delete M2EPro extension, and start fresh? Think I would prefer to do that. Can anyone tell me how?
Oh and of course, then back to the admin, System > Cache management > clear all the caches > logout and in again.
Thanks Matt. Have just deleted M2EPro, then deleted the live ebay listings it imported to Catalog>Products.
I have tried to find a way to delete the mixed up and duplicate orders, but there is only ‘cancel’ option in the ‘Actions” drop down, and that didn’t work. Any ideas?

I am holding back on deleting the orders for today, as M2EPro Support want to take a look at them
I am hoping that deleting them, and then doing a fresh install of M2EPro will solve the problem. Although, reading Chad’s thread on duplicate eBay listings, I am wondering if there is something deeper involved here – not just me and my ID change – as M2EPro Support said it should not have caused the issue. ??
Will keep you posted of the final result.
Hmmm…. think it’s best to wait and see what M2E come back to you with to be honest.
