You need to go through the configuration process to access this menu when you first install it. I had the same issue but cannot remember how i fixed it. If you go back to the start and watch some videos on setting up M2E pro you’ll come across the part you have missed when setting it up for the first time
Yea what Christopher has said is right, you have to complete the initial setup wizard for M2E Pro and then the menu bars open up.
Not sure if you have done this, or perhaps missed a step, but we go through it in this guide here: https://understandinge.com/lesson/m2e-0004/ If you have missed one of the stages you should be able to jump back in and do what they need you to and ta daaaaah the menu should be open.
