Well I finally give up!! How do i remove the “We are available 24/7” banner in the footer?

I managed to change the header by editing /public_html/app/design/frontend/default/modern/template/page/html/header.phtml and thought that if i edited
/public_html/app/design/frontend/default/modern/template/page/html/footer.phtml then it would work however it didnt. Infact nothing that i changed in footer.phtml made any difference.

Any help greatly appriciated
