Excellent

Hello guys.
Just was wondering how do you all keep track of items that you are currently working and are completed on magneto, especially if you have thousands of items.
I tried setting up inactive folders in the category section. So for example i created a folder labeled “under construction” and when i have completed items ill put it in a folder labeled “completed” so i know its ready to submit.
Since i have started using magneto the issue i find with this is that when i go to the underconstruction folder in categories they don’t allow you to edit products there and two in the completed folder if you have numerous items it can get confusing to know which items have been submitted and which ones haven’t yet on ebay.
Any suggestions.
Thanks

Howdy Ike,
Yea I know how you feel.
I had the same challenge when dealing with 61,000 products. The answer was to batch them, so to break them up into groups and then work on those groups.
And yes it would be handy to filter by category in the product grid view!
