Hi Guys, I have posted here under my father’s account in the past but am posting under my new account.
I run a Magento multi-store setup, we sell on our main retail site, a wholesale site, and I have a 3rd site which is a “catalog” site (no sales, just showcase products form the brand we own). We sell on eBay and Amazon as well and run everything through Magento via M2E.
Until now my father has provided me with all the Magento assistance I have needed (he is a retired programmer) and monitors logs daily along with monitoring hack-attempts, malicious/fake customer accounts etc.
He has helped me with this for a few years now but I really want to be bale to let him get back to his retired life and enjoy his time rather than having to maintain my Magento sites. I could really sue some advice/referrals on any companies dedicated to such ongoing maintenance. I have to assume there are many companies that can provide this service but have yet to find anything that looks like it would work for what I am looking for. I do all the day-to-day work on Magento, but when the issues get more complex that is out of my scope of knowledge. I had no website experience whatsoever before starting my business back in 2010, I started with Corecommerce, then moved to Bigcommerce and finally to Magento once I outgrew the other platforms. I have learned a lot but again, getting into Magento is not something I have the know-how for and would love to be able to connect with the right company for us. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hey John,

So just to confirm you are looking for a person or company to basically do the maintenance on your site, so make sure the site is up to date and secure etc?

Is that correct?

Thank you for your reply Dave. Yes, looking for a company to handle basic/daily maintenance and somebody we can reach out to for immediate response if there is an emergency. We also need ongoing support for installing extensions/checking compatibility, Magento version updates etc.
