Hi all

I was trying to list my first products with M2EPro but received an error from eBay about the min picture size needed to be 500 on the long side.

Ok, so I found another picture for the product and made it the Base product. Still eBay was not happy.

Unfortunately the next step I changed 2 things so not sure which was successful, but, will test more.

I changed the sort order of the products to have the largest image as first and I also excluded the 2 smaller images.

The product then listed successfully. yay! But, now I have to find larger images for many products if I want to list.

Any thoughts about if all images need to be greater than 500 pixels?

Hi Andrew,

Whilst 500px is currently the minimum eBay’s best practice recommendation is to have 1600px So really we know good quality images sell products so as a seller you should be aiming to use the best quality photos that you can.

You can import images using Magmi but taking the photo’s will be the most time consuming part.
