Hi,

I would love to install M2E but I’m concerned about conflicts.

When I bought my site 3 years ago the developer told me I might have problems in the future with extensions as he had changed the basic configuration. How right he was!!

having paid 2 developers to correct problems with the site, it has also had a complete makeover but to no avail. There are still parts of the back office which do not function and despite creating a backup, I am worried about installing another extension.

I have lost faith in “Magento Experts” they just take the money and make things worse.Yell

Any suggestions?

John

Oh wow, that does sound like a disaster! Why would he change the fundamentals so much??

I’m just going to leave this tag right here…. @Matthew Ogborne hopefully he may be able to shed light, as this is way beyond my knowledge

Welcome John

Sound like any extension you might want want to use will cause conflict. Sounds like the guy really changed the basic config…….

if you need any suggestions for developers that might help I can suggest the one that I use, really good, not cheap but then again not expensive. Do a great job and understand what I have needed done.

Hi Dom,

Thanks for your input.

I would appreciate the contact details of your developer. I’ve not had much luck in that area.

Kind regards,
John
