How long does the M2e Pro sync take with ebay?

I’m just setting up and have tried to import our ebay listings. I’ve set Import 3rd Party listing to Yes but when I try to run the sync, it quickly gets to 20% and then just stops. I left it for 15 minutes but it didn’t even move and no listings were added. Is this normal?

(We’ve 1300 active listings on ebay UK and 9000 across all ebay sites)

This eventually worked after about 25 minutes but no 3rd party listings imported in M2E pro. I’ve also noticed that I’m missing an option on Sell On ebay > Configuration > Synchronization. In the help pages it shows an option to enable or disable 3rd Party Listing synchronization but this is missing on my set up.

I’m sure it’s just a box somewhere that I haven’t ticked or something! Any guidance?

Any ideas? I’ve drawn a complete blank. I’ve attached a screenshot to show the sync options we have under Configuration. We have no option to sync 3rd party listings.Screenshot-2015-07-23-12.55.18.pngImage Enlarger

We have over 4,000 listings. To revise them all takes around 11 hours. M2E Pro is slow.

I think the 3rd party import only works when you have a sale of a product. I don’t think it will just suck them all in.
