How do I get the price the item sold for on eBay to pass as the price in Magento and not use the price that is set up for that item number in magento?

With auctions I have no idea what the final price will be, yet I can’t create an item number in magento without a selling price. So I see inside Magento on the customer Sales order an Original Price line which is the price I had to set for the item number within magento. And there is a Price line, which is the selling price. Yet when I pass that information to my accounting system where the pick ticket and shipping takes place it pulls the original price line only. So I know it is mapped to that line. I need the Original price line to be the same as the price line, but have not figured out how to do that.

Truly appreciate any help.

Hi Cherri,

Oooo this is a good question. I am pretty sure this is down to a setting in the pricing policy of M2E Pro. However I have been trying to find what this setting is and can’t find it.

I have asked Matt to see if he knows the answer here.

Hi Cherri,

You should still set a price on the product, see the tutorial below on setting up Magento & M2EPro for auctions:

Hope that helps,
