We are about to launch a our new Magento site ( hopefully in a couple of weeks!), and we are now looking at how we can add customer feedback to our site. Long tern I think we will use either Trustpilot or Feefo, but for now we have been looking at ways in which we can use our eBay feedback on our website.
Do you have any recommendations on how to do this. I have just found a site that can aparantly do this (auctionnudge.com), but not that convinced about their site.
There are lots of options out there, including the possibility of using WidgetChimp for this, however auctionnudge would work just find for this.
Press the “Get Code” button and just after the script tag add a new line with this:
And the widget will work. It won’t show product specific feedback, but will show the last 5 comments left on your account, just like it would do on eBay.
Thanks for the quick response.
Sorry but I am not that good on the code side of things
I have got the code form WidgetChimp see attached
I have a live ebay item which is 311307672030, so where exactly do I past var ebayItemID=311307672030, is it just after script at the end of the code?
I assume then I can just copy the html into any static block I choose?
