Shipping costs and service drop down disappeared from listing groups

Hi i guess we are all running into some sort of problems since the update, i resolve one then there`s another ha.

I have lost all my shipping rates from my listing groups. This wouldnt be a massive problem as i can put the values back in BUT the service drop down is not working at all so i cannot select a shipping method therefore any listings i upload will fail with errors. I have a load of items to list in the uk and cross border so now is not a good time for this to happen.

I have added an attachment to show where the problem is. This is the same for any listing group i have in any country, everything has simply gone.

I have been waiting all day for a response off M2E pro

Anybody else experiencing the same problems?

Hi Guys,

I thought I would answer a solution I just found to this problem.

After doing some digging and finding some other similar issues on other threads and after reaching out M2E support with no reply, yet. I tried the fix M2E support gave for other similar problems.

Turn off the understandingE theme. Once I did this it all worked again.

I hope Matt can fix this bug because Im new to Magento and do enjoy the theme.

Hi John,

We also found a solution which seemed to work for a lot of people. If you re-sync M2E Pro with eBay in your Magento system then this too will mean the drop downs show again and the UE theme works after doing this too.

I will keep that in mind for next time to try but for now Im still new, things are working smoothly and in the process of loading about 800 items. So I dont want to rock my apple cart for now.
