It could be the customisation work that is causing the error as it can affect it in weird and wonderful ways.

Have you asked your developers if could be a problem with an extension/customisation work? If its a problem at your end then m2e pro might not be able to fix it.

Do you not have a backup before you upgraded you can revert back to?

Ticket support is on the first paid for plan so $34 a month.

Well, I went over the M2E Pro site, and found this: “You can change the Subscription Plan by pressing a Change Plan button. A Monthly Plan can be changed for the next Billing Cycle after payment for the current cycle is made based on the initially selected Plan. If a Annual Plan is upgraded to a higher one, then a Plan Cost difference will be calculated and charged. Please note that the selected currency cannot be changed. In case, you would like to Cancel your Subscription, you should click on Cancel Subscription button and the Support Team will help you to proceed the Cancellation of your Subscription. The list of the Channel Accounts which are covered by your Subscription can be found under the Subscription tab. You can also see the current status – Enabled/ Disabled – of each of the Channel Account here.”
