Help with VariationSpecifics VariationSpecificsSet error

Hi
I am having problem in syncing variation 3rd party listings that I imported from ebay.

I created the configerable product and it’s associated simple products in magento using Magmi.
when I am mapping it and try to revise changes in ebay I get the following message:
“This item was created from Selling Manager product, but the VariationSpecifics or VariationSpecificsSet provided for this item does not match with the product. Please update variation specifics on the product and try again.”

I checked it and I can’t find anything that is wrong in the VariationSpecifics or VariationSpecificsSet

When I tried to list it as new item, I created it with the exact same paramiters (only different SKU’s), then I listed it in ebay from the Magento product- it worked fine.
Only on 3rd party it gives me an error.

Hi,

Last time I checked you can’t map configurable products with m2epro which is why you are experiencing the error.

There is a tool that Matt made called export my listings which is included with widgetchimp membership, if that’s not good enough if you become a premium member of understandinge you get widgetchmip Laugh

Thanks for the replies
I did sign up and started the import process a week ago.
The problem is that since few hours after I started importing it got stuck on the situation that you can see in the attached file.
I contacted there support a week ago and they still don’t have answers for me.

Anyone know what to do?

I tried to force it to stop, but it didn’t.
In the way that it stuck, it’s not allowing me to start another download

I contacted them, waiting for there technical support team, to reply for a week now…

Have you tried their live support? As they might be able to give you a time frame on when they can resolve the issue for you, I know they are very busy at the moment.

Hi

I know this is a very old post but the problem didn’t solved.
This is so frustrating to wait so long time for solution without knowing when or even if it will be solved.
If anyone know how to reach Matt it will be helpful, I understand that he is the one who suppose to solve this.

Hi,

For this you need to open a support ticket with WidgetChimp, as this is the best and quickest way to get anything resolved with WidgetChimp. Keep responding to the tickets and this should help get a response.

Hi

Well, I actually opened a support ticket for that on WidgetChimp more then a month ago.
I put a reply there everyday, and talk to there live chat representative. All I am getting is That they are forwarding my messages and get no reply now. They even Transferred it to Helen and she wrote back once, but no solution yet…
