Howdy Daniel, All,

Yep you should definitely take a look at xsellco at £69 per user per month. This isn’t ready yet :)

Matt

HI MAtt
1.Will your software be able to handle several ebay shops at the same time ?
2. Will it be like a ticketing system where emails are transfered into tickets ? IF yes , will it be able to link the email with the magento orders? At the moment , when I get an email from amazon or ebay into my gmail box I am not able to search inside magento by ebay id and this is the only information I have inside ebay email , so in order to find out who that customer is , i have to go to myebay and use advanced search . Will amazon it is easier as they include customer full name and i can quicly search int inside magento orders page
3. Will your software be provided like an extension to magento and be accessed from magento backend ?

THanks a lot

Howdy nykkooo,

#1 Of course

#2 Yes and you’ll have what you need to hand

#3 Possibly later on, but not to begin with.

Hope that helps!

Ok , so it will not be integrated in magento from the beginning . How will I be able to see emails from website customers like those via contact us form for example ?

So the way I look at it, email management is basic, I have all the pieces and crucially the insight needed :)

It should be lethal even in it’s most basic form, let alone the secondary features I’ll be adding in later versions.

Is it something you would be interested using in when I have a working version?

Very interesting to see what you come up with. I am yet to find good and affordable eBay messaging solution. What particular problems are you going after with this solution Matt?

My 2 staff and i all use Windows Live Mail at the same time from different parts of the world. Easy as you like, all mail from different channels and email addresses diverted to one inbox to deal with and a few rules for sorting junk and invoices etc. Basically I’m left with with all my ebay, amazon and website questions in one folder which, i can click reply to like a normal email without logging into any sales channels. The WLM search function does the job of pulling up all previous correspondence from any given customer and it’s free. Not perfect but it works well for me

Well, I can do this from my gmail account. The problem is not to have all ebay/amazon email in one place . I need all emails to be linked with magento , which means when I reply to an email I can see quickly what/when this customer purchased. previous history of emails and so on. What Windows Live Mail can do what gmail can;t in my case ?

Hello again
Do you also consider implementing a Group by sender function ? I am really looking for this sort of function so I can see in one line all emails . It is similar as gmail is doing , but gmail is compressing only by conversation. So if the customer doesn;t hit reply button , it will start a new conversation which is not really the same.
Outlook has this feature and Windows Live Mail .

Hi Guys,

I work with XSellco (thanks for the mention Matt and Baggio!). As you guys said we have a CRM platform; centralises eBay, Amazon and Magento (Magento is in BETA) messages in one dashboard. Nykkooo – you can add other users and assign them messages to deal with. It’s not gonna break the bank either, £69 :)

Cheers

Josie

As much as I love that number, it’s still too expensive for me. I’d rather put up with the annoyance of having to log in separately than pay that much.

Hi Joe

The way I look at the cost is how much time does it save my staff and how efficent it makes my business.

When i start to look at having multiple users the costs do start to make me question service provided but for now we have a couple of licenses and it works really well.

I do think there will be a few more companies out there offering this service soon and when this happens the prices will fall just like repricing software did.

thanks

dan

Good point Dan, there’s always a bonus if you’re the first to market. I’d probably be doing the same if I was in their shoes, we all would.

Having looked at the features however, negative feedback alerts I get from WidgetChimp, and automated responses I handle using macros and auto responders, surprisingly enough!

So the only benefit I can see is not having to log in to separate systems. I saw a feature that prioritised replies as Amazon needs them to be done within 24 hours, but we aim for shorter reply times than this across all platforms anyway.

I really expect there to be more solutions for this in 2015 which as Dan has mentioned would most likely bring the prices down of such software.

@oneksr – give ChannelReply a try, think you will love it. Integrate eBay & Amazon with Zendesk or Desk for an all in one CRM system.

Hi @michael9828 thanks for the reply. Been looking at those two options as well as xsellco’s Fusion platform.

I’m guessing with the Zendesk will handle your magento stores and with the addition of ChannelReply we can then add on eBay and Amazon.

The biggest plus with Fusion is the number of integrations it has.

Hi Dave/Matt,

Is there any update since 2014 to the CRM you mentioned you would be working on? I am about to start working with an outsourced marketing team and they have recommended me to use Infusionsoft. Naturally, I have checked on these forums to see if anyone else uses the same, or has other ideas for CRM. On this forum you had mentioned that you would be working on something within Widgetchimp, could you please advise how far along you are with it and when is it likely to be ready? And in the meantime, if anyone has any comments regarding Infusionsoft or can recommend another CRM that’s brilliant for re-engaging previous Magento and eBay customers then please share! My brain is googled to the max with what’s out there!

Many thanks in advance,
Emma.

Hi Emma,

Great question, we know it has been a while since we mentioned a CRM. What I can say is that funnily enough the CRM is one of the key things we are looking at on Monday.

Some work has been done in it but for one reason or another it kept getting stalled. One of my focuses in Q1 of this year is to make significant progress with this and hopefully get something out in a Beta at least for people to begin using.

As for Infusionsoft, we do use Infusionsoft ourselves. It is an absolute beast of a software tool and can do some very clever things. We haven’t run into any issues with it, and it ‘just works’ is the best I can go into about it.

What I would say is Infusionsoft are open to negotiation when it comes to pricing, if that helps ;)

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the reply – and boy, am I pleased to hear that you are already using Infusionsoft and you’re happy with it, as since I posted my question, I have already gone ahead with it! Their pricing certainly gave me the heebie jeebies as I could never justify such an expense for venturing into the unknown, but as you say, they are definitely open to negotiation as my new marketing team have gotten me a great price. Excellent news then that you are continuing to work on your own CRM, I shall be watching this space with interest to keep up with how you’re getting on with it all.

> may I take this opportunity to say a big thank you to you guys for creating your UnderstandingE business. I have created 2 websites and we manage our eBay and Amazon accounts all in the one place. I could never have done it without your tutorials (and forums), so thank you!

All the best for now,
Emma.
