We use M2E for creating listings to and, and for syncing inventory with our UK website, and very happy with how it is working.

However, we are now facing problems when trying to listing to, fr, it, us. We are unable to create a listing for these Ebay sites.

For example, please see attached 2 screenshots showing what happens when we create a listing for Step 1 is ok. But Step 2, there are no shipping options available (the drop-down is blank). We have tried to use “Local pickup option” also but it doesn’t work, we can’t continue to the next step. So, it is not possible to even just create temporary settings to then change these in the Ebay environment. There is no way to create the listing on it seems.

We have created a case with M2e. We have received the following suggestion from them, but it has not worked:

We managed to log in and have noticed the following error:

Message: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 145 Table ‘./weihnach_magento/m2epro_operation_history’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired, query was: SELECT `main_table`.* FROM `m2epro_operation_history` AS `main_table` WHERE (`nick` = ‘synchronization’) ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 1

M2E Pro doesn’t have any mechanisms which may lead to tables crashing. It could have been caused by some problems with your MySQL server or environment. We would recommend you to contact your developers on this subject.

You can consult the following link to find out how to repair crashed table

This should fix the issue you have faced.

Please, let us know if further assistance is needed

Does anyone have any further suggestions that have worked for them?

Actually, m2e got back to us again, and sorted it out. Not sure what the problem was, but it’s sorted now!
