Does anyone know how i can get hold of support?

Hi all,

I have some kind of bug with M2E, its conflicting with itself over VAT and constantly adding them removing it according to logs.

We have had eBay disabled since Thursday costing us so far about £10k in sales, not to mention the fact that we have sold about 50k of stock on eBay without charging VAT before we noticed the issue – support literally dont get back to my frantic emails, im not sure if they just have poor wokring hours or they are really busy but its not good enough when businesses rely on them.

Is the support email address the only one they have? does anyone have a phone number for them?

Hi Steve,

Support generally are pretty good if you have a paid plan but they don’t do a ticket system on the free plan.

Have you looked at your settings to see where the error could be?

So is the total price wrong or are the orders coming through with no VAT?

Thanks Paul, im not sure if im on a ticket system, just seemed like a normal email auto response but we defiantly have a paid plan.

We have cured the VAT issue, it was a conflict with our dev sever (despite M2E being disabled it was still updating prices with an out of date VAT rule) – we have completely removed this and hop its fixed the issue.

I still have other bugs in M2E that i need to sort, for some reason it just keeps locking up when trying to make the listing display more then 20 products and freezes at 1% when i try to bulk revise.

at least the VAT issue is sorted i can get selling again but support seems painfully slow :(

Great news the VAT issue is sorted. If you are paying then support should get back to you.

If you have a lot of listings it could be a lot of data to handle so sometimes it can take a long time, it also could be its over loading your server.

I never had an issue with displaying more than 20 products, best to take a screenshot of the result and look in your server error logs to see there are error noted so you can send them as well.
