Just an idea.. In your m2epro listing description template, did you choose to add a watermark to your images? If this is set to yes, is there an image uploaded there to use for the watermark?

I am getting the same error message as Dale. When I click on the ‘estimate’ after the first listing has been brought into m2e pro. I have 2 images loaded and the first one is showing up as the thumbnail.
I tried adding a screenshot but it didn’t seem to work!

Hi Dale,

With the images, have you selected up to 11 for the gallery image?

Hi Dale,

I’m pretty sure that I did suggest that you check your own categories and that you would know best, might be completely wrong of course :)

Hi Matt

I have put mine at 11 but still getting same error!!!!!!

I do notice that when i list an item the eBay price then gets populated, so i think this is a bug or a setting issue. Would feedback from other users who have got this to work without listing the item. This is a key feature in Turbo Lister and if you have several hundred items to list it is good to see what the whole listing cost will be. Not sure if M2ePro does this because on its own not much use unless you use fancy addon ebay gallery packages. Most people who are here i guess will not.

So not sure if we have a bug and a suggestion for M2Epro

Yes I am still getting the same error too when I click ‘estimate’. I have also added ‘up to 11’ in the settings. I have synchronisation off and listings off so that it doesn’t disrupt a live ebay store while I’m trialling things.

Had the same error, but product listed OK on eBay. Not at all sure what seems to be the problem.

Configurable and simple product with at least 1 image – Yes

in m2e description policy:
Picture Pack – Yes
Gallery Images – Up to 11
Use watermark – No
Gallery Type – Gallery Plus (for my category)

Morning,

I’m getting the same problem too, so this has to be a bug with M2E Pro.

Can one of you create a ticket with M2E Pro in your system and let them know about this?

Hi Henry,

Upgrading is straight forwards, just need to make a few checks before and after to do so.

We’ll get this wrapped up properly into a guide for you.
