Hi Guys,
i have created another magento website on a seperate server using the latest magento and m2epro versions. All ok until i check
the policies section in m2epro and the attributes i have created i.e. ebay auction price, ebay title and all 5 bullet points, these do not show in the drop
down list.
Please could advise as i feel that there may be something i have not noticed on the video guides.
Many Thanks
Graham

Now sorted.
The latest Magento i installed comes with lots of attributes and sets that i do not need,so i deleted them,my custom attributes then appeared in the list.

Which one did you delete to enable the missing lists?

I deleted all of them except the ‘Default’,as that is all i shall be using.
It might be worth trying the one you do not need first and then take it from there.

Hi

I have the same problem … but I don’t want to delete any of teh attributes or sets as I need them all.

Any idea how I get eBay_price attribute to appear in the drop down for pricing on ebay listing in M2e pro?

Thanks

Gillian

Hi Gillian,

This has caught me out too in the past.

You need to add this attribute to ALL of your attribute sets, then it’ll magically appear as an option in M2EPro to use.

Hey Matt,

I have 17 attribute sets. ‘Brand’ is the attribute i’m having issues with. I have it in every set and it still will not show on the list. Do you think it has to do with the ‘scope’, or ‘catalog input type for store owner’?

Thanks for the help. I also sent a note to M2E.

Good Morning,

Have you reindexed and flushed all cache?

If you have done that then you have potentially missed an attribute set to add it to.

Thanks Paul but no dice!

I have Brand set up as a multiple select. Think that may be the issue. Going to create another attribute and have it as a ‘text’ and see what happens.

Yes that is your issue, multiple select won’t work.
