Hi Dale

I haven’t come across this before. Does anyone else know how to get an eBay note field in M2E Pro?

Hi Dale,

I’ve not known a software tool do this and I don’t even know if it’s in the API.

Instead an option would be to use the internal notes in Magento on the customers order. Just make sure you on’t check the box that says copy customer to email.

I am puzzled why it is impossible as it is in the eBay API well i think it must be because Turbo Lister allows this functionality?

Hi Dale,

I think it’s just because it not used very much by anyone. If you’re after keeping similar notes in Magento, then you could create an attribute to do this say as a text field or text box and use that instead,

HI Matt

Cheers your spot as nobody uses’s it because i think in 99% of cases they do not know about it, its not advertised well. I love it because you can bulk update with it in eBay i pop suppliers info, cost price , research notes for product and emails notes to customers. Then when i go to sold items all in one place without trawling all over eBay to find the info out.
But thanks for the idea i can do all this in Magento i guess it was just an quicker easier visual idea of status, but i will find another option.

Got to say i’d heard of it before and seen it in ‘MyeBay’ but never used it or worked with a business that has used it, although can see why it would be a handy feature for what you have described.
