Hi there

I have been following M2E Pro integration course videos up to the general settings.(Shall provide screenshots)

When i changed the settings to the ones you selected and pressed next step. Our progress show “0% Preparing to start. Please wait …” and doesn’t change.

Not sure if this was due to the size of our online shop that it would take some time. i was forced to leave it on over night hoping it would be complete the next morning but with no prevail.

Not sure if there is something i have to update or am missing but i was wondering if you would be able to help?

Kind regards

Hi Anil,

Make sure that you followed the steps shown in the tutorials. And do you have the cron job enabled for M2E?
Also make sure that the synchronization settings are set to list for products that are active or are in stock.

Hope that helps

Thanks,
Badeth

Hi there

Going off your last message we went over both of the things you suggested. we double checked that the synchronization settings were correct and then got the Cron jobs set up.

Sadly we are still having the same problems with the progress bar getting stuck on general settings. we have had multiple people look into it but with no success from any of them.

We are happy to give you our back end information if you are willing to look over it yourselves.

Kind regards

If we are unable to get this fixed.

We are probably going to have to cancel our subscription as Ebay is our main site.

Hi Anil,

Have you spoken to M2E Pro about this? Also there are no screenshots but I am assuming this is to do with the syncing of your eBay store in M2E Pro?

Hi Anil,

This seems strange it looks like your install is struggling to connect via M2E Pro. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling, or making sure your M2E is up to date?

Did M2E not offer any advice or anything when you spoke to them about what could cause this?

Dave
