Worked previously. Last month of so our logs have been showing this error on every cron.

Internal server error(s) [eBay internal error. The operation was not completed (code:34)]

Short error: Your application encountered an error.
Long error: Your application encountered an error. This request is missing required input tag “replaceable_value”.

Which also has this description:

This error is returned most often when a domestic or international shipping option is requested but values for all four domestic (ShippingType, ShippingService-1:Option, ShippingService-1:Priority, ShippingService-1:Cost) or international shipping (IntlShippingService-1:Option, IntlShippingService-1:Priority, IntlShippingService-2:Option, IntlShippingService-2:Priority) are not provided. When values are not provided for one or more domestic or international shipping fields, this error is returned.

Please Advise.

I have set international and domestic shipping options for all my listings. Note this is only when I sync the orders.

Howdy Stan,

I’m going to need to speak with Matt on this one as I honestly dont know what could be causing this.

Howdy Stan,

That reads as if you don’t have a shipping policy or a shipping policy that doesn’t have the right settings in it for the country.

Find the shipping policy that is attached to that listing (see the M2EPro view modes tutorial here which will help) and check the details are correct.

Note: Just removing, re-adding and then saving the policy might do the trick.

Besides that one for the M2EPro support team.
