Hey Zahid,

Can you confirm what image file type you have tried to list with?

Ok so the image type is great and there should be no problems there. What dimensions are the image? Do they meet eBays image policy of being over 500 pixels on the longest side?

If so, then I am at a bit of a loss as to what the problem could be…does it do this with everything you try to list or just one listing?

I am having the same problem. I have made sure the pictures are in white background, no border, no text, and at least 1000px on one side. It is happening to all listings, not just one.

How strange Michael, if your images meet those requirements and are saved as an accepted file type jpg etc then my only suggestion would be to contact M2E Pro and query with them why your images aren’t loading.

Hi Guys, I had the same issue – Contacted M2E support and this was their reply which solved the problem:

Most probably you have “watermark photo” marked as “yes”, but image is not selected: http://docs.m2epro.com/display…..-Watermark

You should either mark it as “no” or reload watermark image.

Best Regards,
M2E Pro Support Team.
