Hi Matt/Dave,

I’ve noticed a listing on ebay that i have just updated new stock to isn’t showing stock that i have added, i’ve clicked revise and get this error message, any ideas?

You have exceeded your maximum call limit of 150 for item per day. Try back after 1 day.

Thanks

Jay

Hey Jay,

A quick search found this: https://ebay.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2137/~/errorcode-21919144%3A-maximum-call-limit-exceeded

Looks like you hit the limit of revision calls for that product which would seem a lot for 1 day… 150.

I’m not sure if any of our other members have come across this before but I certainly haven’t.

Hi Jay,

Errr get that one over to M2E pro with a screenshot, that’s reading like it’s a eBay API issue.

You need to look at what is causing the repeated revision and consequently the repeated calls on eBay with those revisions.

On the M2E Pro listing, find the line item, check the “Status” column to the very right, click the page icon with the red “x” and take a look at the hundreds to thousands of calls that have been made for that item.

Find the reason for the calls and then you can fix the problem or ask for support.
