I have the following error on our account and therefore no automatic syncs are happening and causing us much headache. I have set up cron jobs and still nothing. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Attention! Last eBay AUTOMATIC synchronization was performed by cron more than 1 hour ago. You should set up cron job, otherwise no automatic synchronization will be performed.
You can check this article to get how to set cron job.

What version Magento and M2E Pro are you using because later versions of M2E Pro do not require setting up a Cron job for sync.

You have to start with a plan to know what you will be deviating from.

Have you sent this info to M2E Pro? They will likely want access to your Magento Admin to diagnose this problem. So if you are sending at ticket to them, provide them with access info, otherwise, it will just waste another day them requesting it. I setup a separate Admin user pointing to one of my emails and then setup a password for them. When they are done, I change the password. I do not delete the account. This way I can always give them short term access when needed by changing the password back to something I sent them before.

They`ve been on it for 2 days now. At first they said they don`t see any issue and now I`m waiting their response again as I made it clear its definitely an issue.

I`ve managed to resolve it, it was a hosting permission issue
