Hey guys, been going full bore at this, and I hit the “Premium” videos :) so I signed up, transaction shows in my PayPal, but I still cannot seem to access the premium tutorials. I am stuck :) and if I use the term “eh” in future posts, I am not mocking you, I am a Canadian, living in the USA :)

Also did not see an actual support forum for things “UnderstandingE” so I posted in here, not sure where to get direct support with your stuff

Hey David

Many thanks for joining Premium it’s great to have you here! Ahhh Canada, I love Canada I see it as my home from home, where abouts are you from in Canada, last year I was over in Windsor which was such a fantastic place and then headed to see Family just north of Toronto. The one place ‘abroad’ where I feel as at home as I do in the UK.

Anyway on to the main thing here…It looks like you have set up another account with the Premium Membership assigned to it, under David Duley? Does this sound possible?

It is that account which has Premium, however if you like I can switch it over to your David Presland account if that’s the one you’d like to continue with? Just let me know and I can get that sorted for you.

Windsor we call “Little Detroit” :) I lived about an hour north of Toronto in a small town called Bradford. Now I live in a small town near the mountains in Bend, Oregon. I spent a summer out in the UK tracing my family history to the 1500’s in a small town called Lakenheath.

I have no idea where “Duley” comes from? I have never seen that name before, the paypal account is our business account, Spits Adventure Wear

So yes I need it under the same login info or the account I signed up with and am currently watching the videos, I had to skip over to the listing templates tutorials as I am stuck at accessing the premium tutorials

So if you can get that set up that would be great, the only other name maybe associated with the PayPal part is my wife Carrie Presland. I did receive a confirmation from PayPal about setting up an automatic monthly payment

Yea, a great view of the Detroit skyline from the river front down there…shame Detroit was pretty much deserted went we went. I have family that use to live in Brampton but ow live in Aurora I think it’s called.

A friend of Mine is in Idaho and has done some hikes in the mountains round there, says the views are amazing…I’m guessing Oregon is much the same, would love to see it!

Ok I have added you to Premium, so you should now be able to watch the Premium guides and access the Premium forums, you may need to log out and back in for this to work.

Let me know if this has done the trick, but you should be good to go now :)

Yes we also lived in Aurora, Aurora, Newmarket and Bradford are all up there next to each other, hour north of Toronto

Yup seems to be working now! I can access the tutorials :) People keep saying our eBay sales should be somewhat close to our Amazon sales but never have been, and after going through your tutorials, I think “item specifics” are one of my problems, my listings are quickly filtered out, with NO item specifics. As I mentioned before we pretty much make custom sports eyewear and looking on eBay, we do not have any of these item specifics attached to our listings, which eBay uses for filtering

Frame Color
Lens Color
Lens Technology
Protection
Type
Brand
Gender
Delivery Options
Item Location
Condition

So I guess I am going to be learning about that in your premium tutorials :) good job on them!
