All right, so i have been with you guys for a while. I am used to the friendly voices, I dig your tutorials and can relate to your humor. Overall, i like to come here and get that bit of information i can’t quite seem to remember, or can’t find elsewhere else. That said however, what i can’t understand is, how is it that no one seems to have any kind of customer service demeanor on widgetchimp.com. I’ve watched the tutorials and tried to put in practice what I’ve learned. I seem to have snagged into an ebay export which, after 4 days of waiting to complete i decided to reach out and contact support. I received one reply to let me know someone will get back to me. Its now been almost 2 weeks and not a soul reached out, not a word replied to give me an updated, not a single attempt to say ‘we got it, we’re working on it…” even though i tried writing again and again, several time.

So my complaint is a bit off topic, yet related, but how in the world do you export your ebay listings, as per your wonderful instructional videos…

I sincerely apologize if it seems like i have trespassed, i was simply trying to get someones attention. I’ve only reached out to you and Matt a couple of times in the past but you have always been very quick to respond. I can’t say whats going on with WC, Matt is usually right on the ball, perhaps the support structure needs to be looked at.
Regardless, i am quite happy i was able to make contact. I understand the usefulness of the export tool and i can’t begin to tell you how excited i am if it works anywhere close to what has been advertised. I look forward to hear from Matt and i thank you for your reply.
