Amazon Repricing module to keep you competitive with the buy box?

Or any other suggestions?

Not heard of them myself, and why do they not show prices on the webisite instead asking you to get in touch with them instead so that they can give you the sales pitch. I generally do not go with any company that doesn’t show the prices upfront.

An amazon repriced is going to be included with M2e at some point.

I sent an email to their sales department, see what the pricing is. I may need something in the mean time until M2e gets its own repricing module

Yea generally if their not upfront with pricing, they need the sales pitch to try and justify the expense of it.

Have you checked out Repricer Express they are reasonably priced and it connects straight to Amazon.

Not personally tried any repricer extensions for Magento.

Your suspicions were correct $250 per month?

“Thanks for your note and your interest in the Amazon repricing module, I’m glad you reached out. The stand-alone repricing tool for Amazon is typically $250 per month after the initial 30-day free trial. The variables which might increase that quote are multiple websites, or a very high volume of skus in the catalog. I took a look at your web site, and I don’t see a reason to believe the cost would exceed the above quote.

For our clients who integrate to Mercent Retail (we have a Magento adapter for this, too) and use Mercent’s platform to manage and syndicate data feeds to all of their channels, the repricing functionality is included at no additional fee in the platform license. If you are considering a data new feed provider I would be delighted to provide you with a platform demo and more information. Please let me know how I can help!”

Afternoony,

Just to put this into proportion, $250 a month might actually be super cheap if you’re selling shed loads and they’re sporting advanced features like you find from http://feedvisor.com/ who apply “algorithmic repricing” (the clever way of doing repircing).

I think another reason to avoid these folks might be the amount of data that they collect on your business … starts with every product costs and (I’d be pretty sure) includes all your sales

… that generates a big data set which could be mined to identify not only optimum product prices but also a shopping list of products to stock.

That might be a very useful way to use the data created from this kind of activity.

AppEagle doesn’t need product costs ; you just set up rules as to min and max retail prices then associate products with that rule; a bit less intrusive then these folks.
