Hi all.

I have a bunch of bundle in Magento/m2epro that are linked up to Amazon.

Countless times I enter inventory correct, yet I am constantly overselling these products. Stuff I’d list last week I am 100 percent sure I had the quantites correct, I will oversell 2,3, 4 items.

I am wondering if this is related to the bundles I have in Magento/M2epro.

Possibly they are set up to NOT deplete quantities for the “simple” product sku. Possible the “simple” product is not putting the “bundle” product as “out of stock”?

Hello there! Check on the inventory settings to see if they are properly configured. Also, it would be good to set low stock notifications on so as to monitor how inventory is and whether it is coming low, and so prevent on overselling stock.

Can you elaborate on what I would look for in inventory settings?

I sell so many products, low stock notifications would take up a ton of oversight..

Sorry, took me a bit to get back. We do have tutorials that you could look into to see about inventory settings. The tutorials are https://understandinge.com/lesson/m2a-006/ and https://understandinge.com/lesson/m2a-001/ Another one that could help is https://understandinge.com/lesson/mb-077/ Hopefully these would be able to help you in the issue.

Hi,

There isn’t the functionality in m2epro/amazon for bundles, which is why the qty’s aren’t going down as they should.

The only way round this is to create configurable product with simple products for qty 1, qty 2, qty 3 with the correct prices for those qty’s of those products. This will not solve your stock control issue, as a safety net you could set your out of stock policy to 10 so removing the possibility of over selling.

Hope this make sense

Paul
