Hey Guys,

I’ve been listing items to Amazon. We list Menswear. A lot of the time we either don’t have a UPC or the UPC isn’t readable so we list using UPC’s that we’ve purchased. Recently we’ve been getting an error on every other listing:

You are using UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs, or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list. Using incorrect UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs or JAN codes is prohibited and it can result in your ASIN creation privileges being suspended or permanently removed. Please ensure you are always using the appropriate UPC, EAN, ISBN, ASIN or JAN code when listing a product. If you have reached this message in error, please contact Seller Support using the following link: For more information, refer to the ASIN Creation Policy Help Page –

Thoughts on how I can solve this?

Hey Ariel,

If you are sure that the UPC’s being used are correct for the products I would do as it requested and contact Amazon Seller Support. This error is one coming from Amazon not M2E Pro so that would be the best place to start.
