Hi Guys,

When I recently lost a load of products (about 300) on my Magento site it ended them on my Amazon account and marked them on Amazon as ‘In Active – Out of Stock’

Can someone just clarify what I need to do to re-activate/list them again on Amazon please.

Is it simply a case of importing them as 3rd Party listings and re-mapping them? Will this synchronise the products inventory stock levels on my Magento site with my Amazon account, thus re-activating all those with a stock value greater than zero?

OR

Do I have to upload the correct stock levels for all the products to Amazon via a csv file before doing a 3rd Party import and mapping?

Thanks

Hi

I would map using 3rd party. Otherwise you may hit duplicate sku errors like I did. The m2e amazon integration is pretty basic. I get a cyclical 2 hour activation and deactivation of product. When deactivated the product stock levels aren’t synced. A known issue with m2e support team….
