Amazon is rejecting my twin pack item with the following error message:-
The Description data provided for current SKU has technical conflict with data of Amazon Catalog for the Product with ASIN/ISBN B0071LK5QK. The following is the values that are conflicting: item_package_quantity (Merchant: ‘1’ / Amazon: ‘2’). If your product corresponds to this ASIN/ISBN, please modify your data to reflect the Amazon Catalog values. Otherwise, check that your value(s) for item_id are correct.
Hello there, Roger. You can find the solution here: https://community.m2epro.com/topic/99-sku-has-technical-conflict-with-data-of-amazon-catalog/ Hope that helps.
Thanks Rodney but that deals with a SKU conflict. My issue is with the number of items in each pack. My product does have the require number of items (ie two) however for some reason M2E thinks there is one only one per pack. I can see nowhere to state how many items are in a pack.
Hello there Roger. Well, the thing about the error is that it is saying that the SKU already exists in Amazon. So the problem isn’t just the quantity, but that there is already an existing SKU of the product somewhere on Amazon. This explains the error message and the solution to it: https://support.solidcommerce.com/hc/en-us/articles/215723323-Troubleshooting-Amazon-Listing-Errors
