Hi there,

We’ve trying to get Magmi to rename our images using Image attributes processor v1.0.25; however, the only thing that seems to work is the {item.sku}. When try to use any other fields, like {} it doesn’t work. Can’t figure our what we are doing wrong.

Here’s a screen shot of our Magmi settings:

When we check the image in the backend, the image has been renamed to “ydbep101s__magmi.imagename.noext_.jpg”.

The “ydbep101s” part of the filename is correct, as that is the product SKU; however, the other part “_magmi.imagename.noext” is obviously not the name of the image.

If anyone can help it would greatly appreciated.

Found a solution.

The following code entered into the image renaming field in Magmi will rename images:

It will rename as the item.sku_imagename.

We tried all the {item.sku}_{magmi.imagename.noext}.jpg code, but it doesn’t work at all. Only the above code will work
