Hi

I had a problem this morning printing an invoice. It brought up a “Zend_cannot_find_a_certain_file_error” which I looked onnline to solve. One answer suggested running the compiler which I had disabled. When I enabled it, (I didn’t run it) I got another error and now cannot access front end or back end.

Fatal error: Class ‘Ess_M2ePro_Controller_Router’ not found in /home1/homeinte/public_html/includes/src/__default.php on line 17831

Any ideas?

Urgently needing help as I have google ads running and no-one can access the site at all.

Thanks in advance

Gillian

Gillian,

I would suggest contacting m2e pro and see if they can shed any light on it.

Also do you take regular backups? As you could restore your site from a recent back up.

I found this answer

If you’ve got shell access, running
$ php shell/compiler.php disable
from the root of your site will disable compilation mode.
If that doesn’t work it means someone’s diddled with the compiler configuration file in such a way that it won’t work with the compiler.php script. If that’s the case look in
includes/config.php
and comment out the two define function calls
##define(‘COMPILER_INCLUDE_PATH’, dirname(__FILE__).DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR.’src’);
#define(‘COMPILER_COLLECT_PATH’, dirname(__FILE__).DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR.’stat’);

I tried both and the latter worked. So I am now back in to my site …

My error is now back to my original error …. Printing an Invoice sets up the following error:

Fatal error: Declaration of Zend_Pdf_FileParserDataSource_File::__construct() must be compatible with Zend_Pdf_FileParserDataSource::__construct() in /home1/homeinte/public_html/lib/Zend/Pdf/FileParserDataSource/File.php on line 41

If anyone can shed any light on this error, I would be most grateful.

I found a solution …. funny how posting it here helps me find a solution!

I patched the PHP5.4 with SUPEE-2619 through shell access and now all is working. Phew

Thanks for the support and hopefully this solution will be here for others who find themselves in my shoes.
